The One Stop Centre (OSC KDN) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) serves as a centralized facility for employers hiring foreign workers. The services provided at OSC KDN include:

1. Processing and issuing decisions on foreign worker employment quota applications and related matters;
2. Managing the collection of foreign worker levy payments and processing of levy refund claims;
3. Conducting inspections related to foreign worker employment applications to ensure employer compliance with government policies and regulations; and
4. Providing advisory services related to the employment of foreign workers.
