Customer Charter

  • Issue warrant allocations within five (5) working days after approval is received from the authorized party. 
  • Process official overseas duty applications within three (3) working days from the date of receiving a complete application for approval by the Controlling Officer. 
  • Provide decisions on vehicle and computer loan applications within two (2) working days from the date of receiving a complete application. 
  • Prepare separate salary payment vouchers within five (5) working days after complete claims (documents) are received/submitted. 
  • Prepare various claims payment vouchers within five (5) working days from the date of receiving complete claims. 
  • Issue local orders within three (3) working days from the date of receiving a complete application.
