  4. Acting promoting senior police officers.
  5. The recruitment and appointment of new police probation inspectors.
  6. Post-retirement contract appointments for Senior Officers and Police Personnel.
  7. Discharge and appointment for loan or temporary exchange for senior police officers.
  8. Actions taken against Public Officers in accordance with the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993 and Amendment 2002.
  9. The Act that governs termination of service in accordance with the Public Officers (Appointment, Promotion, and Termination of Service) Regulations 2005.
  10. Acts of surcharge under the Control Events Act 1957.
  11. Receiving complaints of misconduct by Senior Officers and Police Personnel.
