Human Resource Management Division

Human Resource Management Division is responsible towards the organizational development and all aspects pertaining to human resource management under the Ministry, Departments and Agency.

Objective

To provide services for the Ministry, Departments and Agency in the matters relating to organizational and human resource development towards achieving the vision and mission of the Ministry.

Functions

1. To plan, study and coordinate the proposals submitted by the Divisions Departments and Agency regarding the restructuring organizational, posts, scheme to service, staffing requirement, allowances, as well as conducting posts auditing;

2. To plan and manage all aspects of personel in the Ministry, Department and Agency;

3. To plan, coordinate and implement human resource development programme through local and overseas training programmes/courses conducted by the public and private sectors; and

4. To plan, coordinate and implement psychology and counseling programmes in the Ministry, Departments and Agency.
