Introduction 

The Procurement Divison (PL), Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) was established on 18 March 2008 following the re-merge of Ministry of Internal Security (KKDN) with the Ministry of Home Affairs (KHEDN). This Division is responsible for managing the procurement of supplies and services of Agencies/Departments under the Ministry efficiently, prudently, transparently and in compliance with current financial and procurement procedures in force.

To streamline the Procurement Division, it has been structured into five (5) units, namely:

1. Policy and Coordination Unit
2. Administration and Secretariat Unit
3. Technical Procurement Unit 
4. ICT Procurement Unit
5. General Procurement Unit
