The application for a Printing Machine License can only be submitted online via www.bless.gov.my.

The required documents to be uploaded with the application are as follows:

1. Company Documents:
   i. Private Limited/Public Limited Company

   • Certified copy of Form 9 or 13, Form 24, and Form 49
   • Certified copy of M&A (Ensure that one of the company's objectives is the printing business)

   ii. Sole Proprietorship/Partnership

   Peninsular Malaysia

   • Certified copy of Business Information Form (SSM)
   • Certified copy of Current Owner Information (SSM)
   • Certified copy of SSM Registration Certificate (Form D) (Ensure that one of the business objectives is the printing business)

   Sabah

   • Certified copy of Form B (Ensure that one of the business objectives is the printing business)

   Sarawak

   • Certified copies of the Registration Certificate and Business Name Registration Confirmation (Ensure that one of the business objectives is the printing business)

   iii. Organization/Association/Union/Cooperative/Institution

   • Certified copy of Organization Registration
   • Certified copy of Constitution (Ensure that one of the organization’s objectives is the printing business)
   • Certified copy of the list of Committee Members

2. Certified copy of Premises/Business License from the Local Authority (PBT)

3. Certified copy of Approval Letter for Machine Installation from the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (JKKP)

4. Certified copy of Location Map of the Premises (A4 size)
