BACKGROUND

The Office is responsible for managing the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) Project for the Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM). The NIISe system is designed to replace the Department's existing core immigration system (myIMMs) with a comprehensive, sophisticated, high-technology, integrated, and user-friendly system that is capable of meeting current immigration operational requirements while keeping pace with the latest technological advancements.

TOWER & UNIT

The National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) Special Project Task Force Office is structured into five (5) Towers and one (1) Unit, namely:

a) Project Management Tower

b) Application Tower

c) Infrastructure Tower

d) Technical Tower

e) Change Management and Training (CMT) Tower

f) Strategic and Governance Unit
