Can a person subjected to action under the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 (Act 297) and the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 (Act 769) file an appeal? If so, how?
Yes. An appeal may be submitted in writing to the Crime and Violence Prevention Regulatory Management Division (PJK), accompanied by complete supporting documents (if any). The written appeal should be sent to:

When can an appeal be submitted to PJK?
An appeal can be submitted at any time after an Order is issued.
Who can submit an appeal?
The individual subjected to action under Act 297 or Act 769, their legal representative, or a family member of the individual.
How can I obtain the outcome of the appeal?
PJK will send the decision in writing to the appellant who submitted the appeal.
