Client's Charter

 

  • Administration and Finance Section
  1. To ensure that uniforms are completed before the end of March of the current year
  2. To confirm reservation of meeting room on the day the reservation is made
  3. To confirm reservation of food and drinks on the same day on condition the reservation is made a day earlier
  4. To ensure that complaint about maintenance is relayed to the contractor on the same day. Inspection of maintenance work will be conducted from time to time.
  5. To ensure files are opened or closed within one day
  • Asset and Logistics Management Section
  1. To ensure that an asset is registered within 14 working days of its receipt
  2. To ensure that stock application from a division is processed within one working day by the main store of the ministry
  3. To ensure that on-line vehicle application is approved at least one day before the travelling date
  • Innovation and Secretariat Section
  1. To distribute minutes within three (3) days of the date of the top management meeting of the Ministry of Home Affairs
  2. To distribute minutes within three (3) days of the date of the Management Sector weekly meeting of the Ministry of Home Affairs
  3. To distribute minutes within seven (7) days of the date of the management review meeting of the Ministry of Home Affairs
  4. To process application for private visits abroad within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of the complete application
