Client's Charter

  • To issue allocation warrant within five (5) working days of receipt of approval from the authority.

  • To process applications for official duty abroad within three (3) working days of receipt of the complete application for approval by the Controlling Officer.

  • To provide decision on vehicle and computer loan applications withintwo (2) working days of the date of receipt of the complete application.

  • To prepare separate salary vouchers within five (5) working days of receipt/submission of a complete claim (document).

  • To prepare payment vouchers for various claims within five (5) working days of receipt of a complete claims.

  • To issue local orders within three (3) working days from the date of receipt of a complete applications.
