Client's Charter
OUR PROMISE TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES AS FOLLOWS:
- In-house systems development within six (6) months after verified by user;
- All change request that not involving structural changes and software within three (3) working days;
- Provide initial response within one (1) hour for ICT equipment damage complaints received;
- Solve ICT equipment damage and network within three (3) working days in the Klang Valley environment if not involving replacement parts;
- Processing applications for e-mail accounts within three (3) working days from the date of application received;
- Provide decision support services and / or ICT equipment loan within one (1) working day from the date of receipt of complete application; and
- Supply ICT tools consumable (toner, thumb drives, external hard disk) within one (1) working day subject to stock supplies.
